This Holiday Life - With Regards To Summer

These blurring lines into questions bend my mind
Likened to times that I realize
That I hold the key to a door in between me and forevermore
And you're waiting for me.

With time still and fixed in this darkened hall
It seems so endless with the paintings on the wall
All the pauper-painted portraits are so enticing
They lead to my regress and you're waiting for me.

Summer's here
Sweat stained from fear
Of what happens when I push this door in?
And questions of, "who will I become?" and
"will I find you there… endlessly waiting?"

These halls lead me on as all lines lead to you
Surreal imaginations on this canvas dreamed in blue
Of "what is beyond?" and "who you are?" leaves me hungry for more
A shadow and the door…and you're waiting.

Summer's here
Sweat stained from fear
Of what happens when I push this door in?
And questions of "who will I become?" and
"will I find you there…endlessly waiting?"

Did they find you there
Amidst the wild stares of the painters who never dared to care
We've lingered in these hallways
This summer I'm pushing through this door
All I know is that you have to be there x4
